Life can present many challenges and can be really tough at times - so it's no wonder that we all struggle occasionally.
Whether we meet in person, or hold our sessions online - Our sessions together will offer a safe, non- judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood.
We'll work together to help you to overcome these issues, so that you have the tools to lead a more fulfilling life.

My Approach
I appreciate how daunting it can feel to speak to someone that you have never met before, especially about issues that are troubling you. It may help to know what to expect. Our sessions together will provide a safe, non- judgemental, compassionate space for you to discuss the difficulties you are experiencing. I may also ask you about other life experiences which may be relevant. Be assured that we will discuss these at a pace which is comfortable for you.
During our sessions together we will develop a joint understanding of what it is that you are struggling with and the factors which have contributed to the development and maintenance of these. We can then go on to discuss the therapeutic approaches which may be most helpful for you, based on your unique experiences and preference. We will work collaboratively to improve your emotional wellbeing, help you to develop new coping strategies and move forward with your life.
